Yoga Flow for Athletic Men to Release Upper Body Tension

Designed for men with tight shoulders and stiff backs, this one-hour session blends strength-based yoga with deep mobility work. You’ll open the chest, upper back, and hamstrings while learning to move with breath and control.

This 60-minute session is designed especially for men with tight shoulders, stiff upper backs, and strong but shortened muscles. Through targeted mobility drills and deep stretching, we’ll focus on unlocking the chest, shoulders, and upper back to restore posture and ease tension. To balance the upper body work, we’ll also stretch the backs of the legs with focused hamstring and hip-opening postures — creating more freedom for both athletic performance and everyday movement. Pranayama (breathwork) will be woven into the practice to help release stored tension, improve focus, and deepen flexibility from the inside out.
